Luckily another user showed the way and I can confirm it worked. ![]() Right now, this process is cumbersome and confusing. Ultimate Ear's phone software disables functionality unless you agree to upgrade the firmware on every single device on their timetable. ![]() Afterward I initiated the second update for each UE Boom through the phone application. First I had to download and run the Windows installer with one Boom plugged in at a time-which I must admit I was leery about since the first hyperlink didn't work. I just refreshed the firmware for two UE Booms to gain back stereo functionality in the same fashion Jeggen described above. I want to thank Jeggen for the posts here and confirm another successful update.
